Broccoli Pesto Pizza- (Gluten Free & Diary Free)

Broccoli-Pesto Pizza (Recipe by Maria Scherer)

1 Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
1 bag of frozen Broccoli (Organic)
1 Zucchini (Organic)
Pesto Sauce

  1. Follow the directions to cook the pizza crust.

  2. Steam the broccoli till tender, then chop in bite size pieces

  3. Shred the zucchini.

  4. When crust is done, pour a thin layer of the pesto sauce over the entire top of the crust.

  5. Add the chopped broccoli.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded zucchini.
